I have always believed that painting contractors were among the
lowest paid of all the trades. Why? Well don't be upset if I say that the cause is usually the contractor's fault.

Mainly the fault is caused by a lack of skill. No, not painting skills, but, some business skills that are kind of specialized to contractors and some more specialized to painting contractors.

What has made me really sad, because I was once there too, is to see young guys working their buts off. They usually have young families. They are people that care about their families. The sad part is seeing them work their life away. Being very generous and giving work away for low prices. And hey, that's ok except don't you have a young person in your life that could benefit from a parent that had more energy and more money to share with them?
